To ensure the WAMA Events List and Calendar remain accurate and up to date, all Event Notices are assigned an expiration date. Please note the following:

All events will be assigned an expiration date a couple of days past the event's end-date.
Please let us know if and when changes are needed.
Expired notices will be removed two weeks after their expiration date unless updated information is provided.
Advance notification — We will make every effort to contact event coordinators prior to the expiration date to inform them of the upcoming removal.

To keep your event listed, please ensure you submit any updates or renewals before the expiration date. If you have questions or need to update your event details, don't hesitate to reach out to us.
