COVID-19 Update for Washington Acoustic Music Association (WAMA)
2020 Winlock Pickersfest Canceled
With COVID-19 still not under control and with all of the risks and uncertainties currently
associated with this virus, the WAMA Board of Directors has unanimously voted to cancel
2020 Winlock Pickersfest. We apologize for any hardships or inconveniences this decision
creates for anyone. Rest assured this was not an easy decision for us to make. But we feel under
present circumstances this is the best course of action for us to take.
Please continue to be safe and check our website frequently for updates and WAMA news.

The festival officially starts on Friday, but the jamming, fun, and camping begin
(Camping is allowed for up to 14 consecutive nights, so you can come early and stay until your next Festival, or beyond.)

Nestled in a beautifully wooded area, Winolequa Park is conveniently located close to Interstate 5. Less than 2 hours drive south of Seattle and an hour north of Portland, this gem of a Pickersfest is attended by many great pickers from all over the Pacific Northwest. This fantastic festival is put on by an all-volunteer staff, so the price of admission is remarkably inexpensive.
The Winlock Pickersfest is a labor of love created by a dedicated group of
volunteers from the Washington Acoustic Music Association (WAMA).
We hope you'll check this site often.
