Since WAMA is a total volunteer nonprofit organization, the only way we can exist to fulfill our mission is through membership fees, donations, sale of merchandise, and fundraisers. We ask you to "Please Support Us" in whatever way you can to help us reach our goal.

We use the WAMA Hospitality Suite to let people know who we are and what we do as an organization. With our showcase bands, workshops, and jams, we promote WAMA and American Acoustic Music in many ways. One of our purposes for having the suite at this festival includes being a supportive sponsor for Wintergrass. Another is to involve as many of our members and other acoustic music fans as we can to enjoy this fantastic festival with us.

Our presence at Wintergrass is intended to increase awareness regarding our non-profit organization (WAMA). Admission to the WAMA Suite is FREE. However, donations are gratefully accepted. Food and refreshments are available in the suite for a small donation. We will also be selling WAMA and Pickersfest T-Shirts, WAMA Pick Cards, and WAMA Stickers as fundraisers.

Be a WAMA Wintergrass Suite
Sponsor or Donor

If you, your family, your company, or your band would like to be a Sponsor of the WAMA Wintergrass Hospitality Suite, please donate $25 or more. We will have a poster in the suite displaying all Sponsors and Donors. Our suite usually has about 1000 visitors during the days the suite is open.

In the form to the left, donation amounts of $25 or greater will display a Sponsor Name field.   Just enter the way you want your name, business, or band to be recognized as a Sponsor. (i.e., Jane & John Doe, My Awesome Company, My Fantastic Band, Etc.). If you would like to remain an anonymous sponsor, just leave the Sponsor Name field blank or enter "anonymous".

For Donors, please enter your name (i.e., Jane Doe, Jane & John Doe, Etc.). If you would like to remain anonymous, just leave the Donor Name field blank or enter "anonymous".

Please Note: All money donated will go to the cost of the suite and WAMA's future hosting of the suite. Since we are a sponsor of Wintergrass, your support of the WAMA Suite will also be supporting Acoustic Sound, the host of Wintergrass.

If you’re going to the 2027 Wintergrass Music Festival, be sure to come visit us in Suite 355 in the Hyatt Regency, have some refreshments and/or snacks, see some terrific Showcase Bands, and join in some incredible jams.

WAMA is one of the fastest growing volunteer music associations in the Pacific Northwest. We provide numerous workshops, concerts, slow jams, an annual WAMA Wintergrass Hospitality Suite, as a sponsor of Wintergrass, and an annual music festival (WAMA Pickersfest.) We even loan musical instruments to members in need. One of our top priorities is involving youth and helping people of all ages find their inner musician and creative spark.
